Halloween at Bear’s House St Leonards
Our nursery was full of spooky fun and excitement during Halloween week!
The children explored a variety of sensory tuff trays filled with Halloween-themed materials, encouraging curiosity, imagination, and lots of hands-on learning. They got creative with arts and crafts, making all sorts of spooky creatures, from friendly ghosts to creepy spiders and monsters.
One of the week's highlights was our spooky jelly play, where the children loved squishing, scooping, and exploring the mysterious textures. They also enjoyed creating their very own witches' brew, mixing together magical ingredients and casting imaginative spells with their friends.
To finish off the celebrations, the children became little chefs and made delicious witches' finger pizzas. They had great fun decorating their creations before enjoying them as a tasty Halloween treat!
It has been wonderful to see the children's imaginations come to life through sensory play, creative activities, and plenty of spooky adventures.
Thank you for helping us make Halloween such a memorable week!
