Bear's House Nursery & Pre-School

Bear's House Children's Nursery was first established in 2004. We are registered with Ofsted to look after children aged from 3 months to 5 years of age (and also provide a 'Holiday Club' for children up to 8 years of age) at our three nurseries in Hastings, St Leonards-on-Sea and Brighton

Our Brighton Nursery is a delightful converted coach house, with an amazing secret garden, situated between Fiveways and Preston Park.

Experienced
We have a team of very experienced, qualified practitioners, all of whom hold Paediatric First Aid certificates. Some of our team hold, or are studying for, degrees in Early Years Studies.

Safe & Secure
We are lucky to have wonderful gardens at each of our settings, to play, learn and practice our Forest School activities.  We love growing our own vegetables for chef to use in the kitchen.

Varied Activities
We organise regular trips to parks, farms, local museums and the beach. We engage in the community by visiting Care Homes, singing songs to the old folk.

Healthy Eating
Our nurseries each have a fully equipped kitchen and employ a dedicated chef, creating healthy and delicious menus, mindful of all dietary and cultural requirements.
