Both of our Bears House Settings have taken part in East Sussex’s Baby Project, teaming up with other nurseries and professionals to ensure as an industry we are achieving the best possible outcome for our under twos. The project has been completed and the difference in our baby units has been amazing. Social interactions between the children, parents and staff have noticeably improved and the staff have maintained a culture of research to always be looking at what we can improve next. Both nurseries were assessed at the beginning and end of the project and the results are in with both nurseries receiving a positive increases in their scores. St Leonards had an increased score of 14.29% and Hastings increased by 21.42%. Well done to both nurseries!
